It is a structured, faith-based coaching engagement delivered by a CPA who speaks plainly and holds you accountable to the plan you build together.

Think of this program as the prerequisite to working with a Certified Financial Planner. Before a CFP can build a long-range retirement strategy for you, you need to be able to sustain one. That means facing your current money management habits honestly, building a budget that actually reflects your life, and developing the discipline to follow it. That is exactly what this program does.

We start with the full picture. Your income, your expenses, your debt, your net worth — nothing hidden, nothing estimated. Then we build your first zero-based budget together; every dollar assigned a purpose before the month begins. You will leave Month 1 knowing exactly where you stand and operating from a written plan for the first time.

Control & Change

We go deeper. Your debt elimination plan is built and sequenced. We identify the behavioral patterns that have kept you stuck and install specific strategies to interrupt and replace them. This is where the real work happens.

Consistency & Confidence

We strengthen your savings rate, address retirement readiness, and build the habits and systems that will carry you forward independently. You will leave this month with a referral to a Certified Financial Planner and a clear picture of the questions to bring to that conversation.

Rooted with Lotis is a 6-session, one-on-one coaching engagement delivered over 3 months via video call. Two sessions per month. 45 to 60 minutes per session. Every session is structured, purposeful, and built around your specific financial situation — not a generic script.

You are not left alone between sessions. Every week you submit a brief accountability check-in. Every Monday your coach reviews it and responds with specific direction. The work does not stop when the call ends.
